Future Cops is a 1993 Hong Kong action-comedy film written and directed by Wong Jing (王晶), loosely based on Capcom's fighting game Street Fighter II: The World Warrior (1991), starring an ensemble cast of Andy Lau Tak-wah (刘德华), Jacky Cheung Hok Yau (張學友), Aaron Kwok Fu-shing (郭富城), Chingmy Yau Suk-ching (邱淑貞), Dicky Cheung Wai-kin (張衛健) and Simon Yam Tat-wah (任達華).<br/><br/>In the year 2043, an evil crime lord is trying to take over the world. Only one government official, a Judge, stands in his way, and plans to send him to prison. So, he General (Kenneth Lo Wai-kwong (盧惠光) and his minions Kent (鄭伊健 Ekin Cheng Yee-kin), Thai King (Billy Chow Bei-lei (週比利), and Toyota William Duen Wai-lun (段偉倫) travel to the year 1993 to kill the judge before he has a chance to get into office. <br/><br/>During a battle with The General's minions, the Future Cops Lung (Aaron), Broom Head (Jacky), Tit Man (Andy), and Ah-Sing (Simon) hear of their evil plan and devise a plan of their own to travel back in time to protect the official.
